Information Security Policy of HBCS Audit Kft.

Recognizing the value of information, data and the underlying processes and systems, as well as the importance of the security thereof, HBCS Audit Kft. committed itself to operating an Information Security Management System (hereinafter referred to as ISMS) according to the MSZ ISO/IEC 27001:2006 standard.

We aim to ensure the comprehensive and high-level protection of information resources and processes, as well as the prevention of damage caused by the loss, unauthorized use or corruption of data. By establishing, maintaining and continuously improving information security, we wish to contribute to the effective and efficient operation of the company.

With that in mind, we analyze the processes taking place when creating, processing and storing information, identify security risks, and determine the criteria of secure operation.

Measures, policies and rules serving as a basis for ISMS (hereinafter referred to as Regulations) are recorded and made available to all interested parties. The Regulations are approved by the Managing Director.

 

Principles of the Information Security Policy

Confidentiality: We treat all data and information provided to us with due diligence, and disclose them only to persons who are authorized to use them, subject to appropriate security procedures. We place special emphasis on the protection of personal information, including information on our associates and clients, as well as patient data on our files.

Authenticity, accessibility: We ensure that authorized users can access, in the proper form and at the proper time, all data and information they need for effective work and performance.

Integrity, accuracy: We make endeavours to base our activities on comprehensive, intact and accurate information and processing methods.

Lawfulness: We always comply with the applicable laws, regulations and other requirements with respect to the management of data and information.
